Transaction Confirmation and Protection

Return and Contract Cancellation Rights

You may exercise the relevant rights in accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Law, except for the following items:

1.The product stored in digital or electromagnetic records, including but not limited to computer programs, digital music files, audio tapes, video tapes, CDs, VCDs, DVDs, etc.

2.Products that are prone to deterioration or damage in nature, do not working or unavailable to return, including but not limited to flowers, food, personal hygiene products, etc.

3.The customized and adjust the product; and base on your require specification, needs and timing.

4.Sealed Product.

5.Newspaper, magazine, journal, or the regular issue product.

6.The product already expired, deteriorate damage under the situation of regular delivery condition. 

The returned item must with all of original product, gifts, accessories, packaging, and all accompanying documents or materials. If there is a hard copy receipt, it should be returned as well. Otherwise, BEMORAL website will refuse your returning application.

Basis of Responsibility and the Compensation of Damage

You understand and agree that BEMORAL website is currently operated by Jollywiz Digital Technology Co., Ltd.; in the future, if the operating rights of BEMORAL website are transferred to BEMORAL brand owners or other third parties, in order to allow you to continue to use the BEMORAL website. For the service, Jollywiz Digital Technology Co., Ltd. may transfer your member information and transaction records to the subsequent person responsible for operating BEMORAL website. You also agree that the transfer of the previous member information and transaction records will be within the specific purpose of providing such personal data. Applicable Law and Jurisdictional Court

If you are involved in litigation, both parties may be subject to the Consumer Protection Law or the Civil Procedure Law. The provisions were chosen outside the jurisdiction of the court, and the Taiwan District Court of Taiwan was the court of first instance.
